WSOP Update: Event #s 27 and 28

June 18, 2012 Jordan Greene Poker World

Event #27, the $1,500 HORSE Event, ended with Ylon Schwartz taking home the win, bracelet and over $250,000. Schwartz is best known for his appearance as one of the November Nine in the 2008 WSOP. This is Schwartz’s first bracelet.

Meanwhile, Event #28, the $2,500 4-max No Limit Hold’em event, ended with Timothy Adams as the victor. This was the first ever 4-max event in the World Series of Poker. Surprisingly (or not), the event attracted a large field of 750 players. Adams took home slightly less than $400,000 for his win.
